Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide

When will I receive my order?
We aim to ship your item ASAP. However some items are printed to order and sometimes we have to get items signed. So please allow 14 days for delivery.

Has my item been shipped yet?
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your item is shipped

Is my item insured?
All items are sent tracked and insured. However please inspect your item before you sign for it. We cannot refund for an item damaged in transit if it has already been signed for.

Will I be charged customs or import tax?
All customs and import fees are payable by the recipient, once the order reaches its destination country.

Do you combine postage?
Yes, our system automatically combines postage.

Can I return or cancel an order?
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may exercise your right of cancellation as long as it is within 7 working days, beginning with the day of receipt. You must notify us in writing via our website. We can not accept cancellation of orders over the phone.
Return the goods to us at your expense in unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging (or packaging of the same quality). We recommend using an insured delivery service.
Once you have cancelled your order you must retain possession of any goods and ensure that such goods are kept in the same condition as they were when they were delivered, until such time that they are delivered back to us by you.
We will refund the full cost of the goods including the original postage and packaging. We will issue the refund using the same payment method that you used to purchase the goods. The refund will be made within 30 days of you cancelling the order.

What if my item is damaged or faulty?
You must examine goods on arrival before signing for them.
Goods must be moved carefully from packaging as the we accepts no liability for any damage incurred to the artwork during unpackaging.

We will refund the full purchase price including postage and packing of an goods which are delivered in a damaged or faulty condition (other than due to failure to follow instructions or misuse). Alternatively, at your option, we will replace the item with the same or a similar product (subject to stock availability). If a product is damaged, please contact us at once and no later than 7 working days of receipt.
